1、 The mesh belt multi-layer dryer is mainly used for the phenomenon of oil stains and dirt on the surface of products caused by a certain bag breakage rate after high and low temperature water bath sterilization. To address this phenomenon, continuous cleaning and drying can be carried out. This equipment can be customized according to needs and can be directly integrated into the packing line to achieve streamlined production. The machine has undergone multiple layers of hot air drying and flipping, effectively removing water droplets from the surface of the material, resulting in a glossy, bright, and stain free surface. Shortened the time for labeling and packing, suitable for assembly line operations, and improved the automation level of enterprise production. 2、 Under the action of the circulating fan, the air inside the box passes through the mesh belt and transfers heat to the material. The air first passes through a steam heat exchanger to heat it to the required temperature for drying, and then comes into contact with the mesh belt material layer to complete the heat transfer process. At this time, the air temperature decreases and the moisture content increases. Part of the humid air is discharged by the induced draft fan, and the other part is mixed with the supplemented normal temperature air and circulated for the second drying, achieving full energy utilization.
The temperature and humidity inside the box can be controlled by a combination of dehumidification rate and steam supply rate. If cooling of the product is required in the late stage of drying, simply close the steam valve group, stop heating, and cool the product by inhaling ambient temperature air.
